ShipStation is where you buy carrier labels. Qoblex runs the order, the stock and the cost behind it. Select orders in Qoblex, choose the carrier for the batch, and they arrive in ShipStation as shipments, ready to label, without anyone retyping an address.

Orders start in Qoblex, typed in, imported or arriving from a connected store. Sending them to ShipStation hands your label desk a shipment that is already filled in, and changes nothing in Qoblex.
01Send
Select orders in the Sales list, choose Send to Shipstation, check the carrier and service for the batch, and send. The batch goes across in the background and the results land in the activity feed. If ShipStation rejects one order, the rest still go through.

02Defaults
Save a default carrier, service, package type and confirmation, and every send starts from them. The send dialog lets you change all four for one batch, and the next send starts from your saved defaults again.

03Shipment
Each order reaches ShipStation with its order number, the ship-to address, the location it ships from, every line with its SKU and quantity, and a total weight worked out from your product weights. Each order is tied to one shipment, so sending it again updates that shipment rather than making a second one.

ShipStation brings in orders from your stores and buys labels across many carriers, and for a business shipping finished goods it bought in, that covers a great deal. Qoblex earns its place when freight lands on the cost, you make what you sell, or stock has to be held for orders across several locations.

You get one shipment, updated. Each order is tied to a single ShipStation shipment, so a second send revises the first rather than creating a duplicate.
